This spacious motor sailor is a solid sailing vessel where a family could comfortably live aboard and just sail anywhere that they choose.
The enclosed Pilothouse gives you 360° visibility in all types of weather. She is also a great
investment to live aboard or even put her in charter. Her bottom was recently painted.
The interior has been done with solid teak throughout (doors, cabinets and shelves). She has
five staterooms and can sleep 15 to 17 comfortable. The spacious salon has
a large seating /occasional berths around 2 folding tables. The galley is completely functional underway and at anchor. There is lots of storage space throughout the vessel. There are five electric heaters for northern cruising.
In the galley is a Kenmore dishwasher, 2 large storage closets, lots of cabinets, shelves and counter space. Water heater 20 gallons.

Sail and Deck: 1 main sail, 1 Jib, 1 small mast, 1 genoa, 2 spinnakers. All new life lines by Mack Sails 2011, Dinghy Avon 10 feet and Suzuki 15 hp. Anchoring: Chain 200 feet 10mm year 2003, Rope 200 feet of 1 inch and 2 Windlass 1 Quick 1400 W, 2003 and 1 original completely rebuilt.
Masts: Sitka spruce - wood and 2 masts rebuilt in 2010 - height 48'and height 34'.
Added Machinery: Onan 7.5 generator, Detroit diesel 471 with 4500 hours and Vetus 20 gallon hot water heater.
This vessel has been in fresh water on the Great Lakes most of it's life. She has been well
maintained by loving owners that are ready to sell. They will consider all reasonable offers.
